At Enso Yoga & Wellness Center we believe the only way to have a body you love is to treat it with love, gratitude and respect and to train it with integrity and enthusiasm. Our body is what allows us to experience life fully and we believe a strong, healthy and flexible body is essential to living a life we love. Over time we will develop lots of ways to help you develop cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness. All of our programs are developed to train your heart, body and mind all at once and to help you feel great and look your best. The workouts are not for every body but for anybody who is ready to be in the best shape of their life and love their body…now!
Studio Classes
At Enso, you will find a wide variety of classes offered in our Studio. From Yoga to Yogalates to Bootcamp, we are sure you will find something to help you meet your personal goals. Our yoga classes range from introductory, to beginning, intermediate and advanced, and include daytime, evening and private sessions.
In addition, Enso's Mind-Body Fusion classes integrate cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training with a mental and emotional component of group coaching, positive motivation and affirmations, all followed with a body-mind-spirit balancing relaxation at the end of each 60 minute class.
Workshops
We would also love for you to join us in our diverse workshop offerings intended to deepen and expand your yoga practice, find a new edge in your workouts, or learn something new. We have expert teachers from all over the country along with great local teachers sharing their knowledge, wisdom and devotion in an environment that is joyful and compassionate. We are so blessed to offer these events and hope you will join us as these amazing teachers share their time and talent with our community in our studio.

Styles of yoga classes at Enso
The main style of yoga practiced at Enso is Hatha Classical and Hatha SlowFlow. We also offer beginners and advancing Hatha, Hatha Flow and Vinyasa yoga. Both Hatha and Vinyasa styles of yoga incorporates fluid movements and holding of poses with deep, rhythmic breathing. Linking movement with breath enhances the health benefits of each pose including greater muscular strength and tone, increased flexibility and joint mobility improved circulation and hormonal balance. With Hatha yoga poses are held frequently for several breaths and establish deep muscle tone and strengthening / lengthening. Vinyasa yoga involves more rapid and challenging flowing movement. We recommend starting a yoga practice with a Hatha foundation and moving into a Vinyasa Practice, if desired, when reaching a comfort and confidence level with basic yoga poses, breath and body alignment learned in Hatha. Moving into a Vinyasa practice before these criteria are reached could result in physical strain and injury.
When the body and breath are unified and inspired by personal and conscious intention, the practice becomes meditation in motion. You can then open your heart to create a more focused and calm state of awareness and peace within your body, mind, spirit and life.
Which class is for me?

Yoga is not about levels or rating your practice, but about joining with your own effort and being. Our classes do vary in pace, intensity and heat so variations in all of our classes are demonstrated for beginners and experienced students. You are encouraged to listen to your body and adjust to your needs on any given day. On some days you may feel the need to take it slower and rest more during your practice. On others you may feel the desire to work to your edge with more intensity.
I have never done yoga before! Or I’m not that flexible!
Flexibility is not a requirement to practice yoga! It is recommended that you begin with a yoga private, personal training sessions or a Fundamentals Workshop. Our lower intensity classes are suggested until you are more familiar with the flow yoga series. Please call us at 952.361.9355 if you are unsure of which class to start with.

Private Yoga Instruction
One on One Yoga Sessions with Nina
Great for beginners! Work one-on-one to learn specific poses and proper alignment. Useful for individuals who want to develop a home practice or those who have special health concerns or injuries.
Private classes are tailored to fit the needs of each student:

Private Instruction Fees:
$55 per one hour session
$70 per hour and a half session
Package Prices:
$250 for 5 one hour sessions
$480 for 10 one hour sessions
$325 for 5 hour and a half sessions
$630 for 10 hour and a half sessions

Featured Class:
CandleLight Flow Yoga
Tuesdays, 6:30-8:00p
Wednesdays, 7:00-8:30p
1/2 the class is based on Hatha Flow style, 1/4 is based on the energetic vinyasa style of poses flowing with the breath, and the other 1/4 is based on de-stressing with a gentler restorative completion ending in deep relaxation. Room is warm and filled with the glow of candles. All levels welcome, some previous experience recommended.
